This year's Belgrade Music Festival organized by CEBEF is approaching the end. Despite the epidemiological situation and the impossibility for some artists to perform, and thus several canceled concerts, the Festival is still being held successfully.
On November 11, a concert of the RTS Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Bojan Sudjić, with pianist Jasminka Stančul, will be held at Kolarac Endowment. This excellent artist especially stands out for her exceptional affinity for Beethoven's music that she will perform at this concert, and she shared with the public the joy of performing at our festival. Jasminka Stančul won the first prize at the Beethoven International Competition in Vienna, and in her career, she has had successful performances with outstanding world orchestras and conductors.
The special part of the programme of this concert is the premiere of the composition Heal Jesus My Wounds for soprano and the Symphony Orchestra, by the recently deceased composer Isidora Žebeljan, which will be performed by soprano Aneta Ilić.
At the final concert of the Festival, on November 13 at Kolarac, the Belgrade Philharmonic under the direction of Hans Graf, honorary conductor of the Houston Symphony Orchestra, will perform works by Mozart.
