Vera Milanković is full time professor at the Faculty of Music University of Art, Belgrade Serbia, Founder and organizer of the Pedagogical Forum, international annual symposium of music and drama teachers,  on all levels of education. Also deliveres papers at ESCOM (European Society for Cognitive Sciences of Music) ICMPC (International Conference of Music Perception and Cognition) SRPMME (Society for Research in Perception of Music and Education) CIMO (Conference of Interdisciplinary Musicology) ISME (International Society for Music Education).   
Member of  Composers Association and Music Teachers Association of Serbia, Editing Board of the Vukova zaduzbina, literary quaterly, Cultural and Educational Community of Belgrade.
Awarded "Golden Link" by the Cultural and Educational Community of Belgrade and nominated best theatre music in 2013 by the Musica Classica magazine.
